Author Registration
Papers - all papers *MUST* have at least one registered author (this can be a student) no later than July 7, 2014. One person can register multiple papers as long as that person is a co-author on each of the papers.

workshop & tutorial reception on Sep 9 (5-days reg. only), art exhibition on Sep 10 (3-/5-days reg. only), conference banquet on Sep 11 (3-/5-days registarion only), USB proceedings, lunch daily, and wireless internet.
If you register for a single day, please purchase additional evening-event tickets at the online registration if neccesary.

Letters of Invitation
If you need to apply for a visa, please send the following to Yuta ITOH (registration_chairs[at]ismar14.org)

1. Your FULL name including salutation (Mr., Ms., Mrs.)
2. (If you are a co-author) Your paper number and title
3. Your email address
4. Your registration confirmation number for the conference.

*We recommend to complete registration and payment beforehand to issue a letter smoothly.

Refund Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be done via the online registration website by Aug 16 2014. There will be an administrative fee of US$10 deducted from each refund.
